This project will conduct a mid-term review of the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC 2025). It will take stock of the implementation progress of MPAC 2025 to date, draw lessons learned by identifying drivers, success factors, constraints and challenges to achieve the intended outcomes. At the end, it will produce a set of concrete, actionable recommendations to improve overall implementation of MPAC 2025.
