Scope of Services The provider will be required to provide the following services, at the minimum: Minimum geographical coverage: Asia Hospitalization (In-patient services): Hospitalization (In-patient services): a. In-patient room and board at the level of a standard private room; Costs of care and treatment in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Care Unit (HCU) or Intensive Coronary Care Unit (ICCU); In-patient care, reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation, including physician and specialists fee, prescribed medications, drugs and dressings, theater use, surgeons, and anesthetists; Use of an ambulance, cost of other transport or airfares in case of an emergency; Dental and out-patient treatment due to accident; Pre- and post- hospitalization care for at least 30-days; Medical Expenses (Out-patient services) Medical Expenses (Out-patient services) a. Primary consultations and treatment including medical practitioner’s fees prescribed medication, drugs and dressing; Surgeons, Physicians and Anesthetists fees and the charge for using an operating theatre; Diagnostic consultations fees for specialists, pathologist and physiotherapists; Registered private doctor’s fees and the cost of prescribed drugs and dressings; X-rays, CT scans, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRIs), electrocardiograms, encephalograms, audiograms, radiotherapy or chemotherapy; Surgical appliances prescribed by a Registered Medical Practitioner; Dental Expenses (at least at 80% of actual expenses, within a prescribed annual limit per family); Optical Expenses (at least at 80% of actual expenses, within a prescribed annual limit per family). Needs and Objectives The project will enable CLMV governments through IAI Task Force to make better informed decisions in improving implementation performance of IAI Work Plan III as well as formulating the next IAI Work Plan. Scope of Services The consultancy will be undertaken over a continuous effective period of 9 calendar months with approximately 45 person weeks of professional services. TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT: Establishment of Multilateral Arrangement for the Mutual Recognition of Agri-food Standards and Conformity Assessment (MAMRASCA)

Needs and Objectives In the long run, the project intends to facilitate trade and enhance the competitiveness of agri-food through mutual recognition of agri-food standards and conformity assessment among AMSs. The expected outcomes of the proposed project are as follows: a) Establishment of a mutual recognition arrangement that would improve the acceptance of agricultural best practices standards and results of conformity assessment among AMSs; and, b) Improved knowledge of AMSs on the quality infrastructures and technical resources needed to meet their obligation under the MRA Scope of Services The consultancy will be undertaken over a maximum  period of 110 person days of professional services. Work will commence immediately after contract signing. A maximum of two teams/individual contractors will be hired to implement the project. Interested contractors  can bid on one work area or a combination of the two. We require, at the minimum, the following expertise: International Trade Law Expert (for a maximum of 50 person days).
