Duties and Responsibilities The following shall cover the duties and responsibilities of the IT and Registration Experts: Maintain and update the ASEAN Tourism Professionals Registration System (ATPRS), develop manual and user guide for ATPRS, provide troubleshooting service; Develop, maintain and update the database of ASEAN Tourism Professionals; Develop, maintain and update the database for master trainers, master assessors, national trainers, national assessors, training and education institutions, and certification institutions; Develop, maintain and update the database of MRA-TP references, including toolboxes; Publish monthly and annual information on the registry status; Ensuring the safety, security and confidentiality of the data and the ATPRS system; Conduct awareness workshop, relevant trainings, and support activities related to promoting the ATPRS utilisation; Report to and provide support as needed by the ASEAN Tourism Professionals Monitoring Committee (ATPMC). Scope of Service The consultancy will be undertaken over a continuous effective period of 12 calendar months with approximately 10 person weeks of professional services covering all deliverables. Work will commence immediately after contract signing. A maximum of two teams/individual contractors will be hired to implement the project. Interested contractors can bid on one work area only (either ASEAN GAP Certification or ASEAN GAP Accreditation) or both. We require, at the minimum, the following expertise: Expert on GAP Certification (for maximum of 27 person days). This person will be responsible for Output 3 (Manual on the Design, Operation and Assessment of ASEAN GAP Certification) and collaborate with the Expert on GAP Accreditation for the preparation of Output 2 (Assessment Report). Expert on GAP Accreditation (for maximum of 24 person days). This person will be responsible for Output 3 (Manual on the Design, Operation and Assessment of ASEAN GAP Certification) and collaborate with the Expert on GAP Accreditation for the preparation of Output 2 (Assessment Report).
