CONSULTANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: AADCP II Part-Time Editor

Activities The Editor will be required to do the following: Review written products (including reports, executive summaries, guidelines, fact-sheets etc) and recommend edits on the draft; Coordinate with AADCP II M&E Officer and AADCP II Program Coordinator in editing the products; Coordinate with ASEAN Desk Officers in editing AADCP II project outputs; and Liaise with contractors including graphic designers and videographer/ animator, as needed. Timeframe and fee: The Editor will be expected to submit 2 (two) invoices covering July – September 2021 and October – December 2021 billing period. Fees will be paid approximately two weeks following submission of invoice to the AADCP II and AADCP II’s acceptance of outputs produced within the billing period. Vacancy: Contracts Officer – AADCP II

Duties and Responsibilities: The Contracts Officer’s duties will cover, but are not limited to, the following: Assist in negotiating, drafting and finalizing agreements and contracts for the best interest of ASEAN. Provide technical and oversight support relating to finance management and program expenditure of the agreements and contracts under AADCP II. Monitoring contract performance and advising compliance with the contract terms and conditions. Maintain and update all procurement files and records and other contracts.
