This report is a joint ASEAN, IEA and AADCP II publication, aimed to provide guidance to policy makers in response to the demands for establishing and strengthening the necessary institutions and frameworks for an integrated electricity systems. This report was presented and launched during the ASEAN-International Energy Agency (IEA) meeting in Kuala Lumpur, September 2015.
