At the 25th ASEAN Summit in Nay Pyi Taw in November 2014, ASEAN Leaders tasked the ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC) to conduct a comprehensive review of MPAC implementation and formulate the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity 2025 (MPAC 2025).
