This project aims to promote effective implementation of the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) 2025 through an effective Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation (MRE) mechanism. This project will enhance the existing MRE mechanism of MPAC 2025, by producing an Operational Guide for the MRE of MPAC 2025 and a Progress Review Report.
