They focus on technical requirements provisionally involving consumer concerns and demands in 6 core areas: (a) Product safety and labelling; (b) Phone and internet services, and e-commerce; (c) Consumer credit and banking; (d) Environment; (e) Healthcare services; and (f) Professional services.
